Every device carries a 60-night trial. If it is not right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Devices may be returned used, which is the point of a trial. Please include the handset, all applicator heads, the charger and the eyewear. We cannot refund a device returned without its safety eyewear.
For hygiene reasons, opened conductive gels and any sealed single-use microneedling cartridges cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
If a device arrives damaged, or fails within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it. Do not attempt to open or repair a laser or IPL handset yourself.
